LSPD looking for suspect in Whidbey Island Bank robbery

The Lake Stevens Police Department needs your help in identifying the man in the photos who is the suspect in the April 26 Whidbey Island Bank robbery.

The man is described as a white male approximately 5 feet 8 inches tall to 5 feet 11 inches tall, medium build, short brown hair, large nose and a thin upper lip.

During the robbery the subject was wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, sunglasses, blue jeans and black running shoes. He appears to be in his late 30’s to early 40’s.

The man entered the bank located at 629 SR 9 NE at approximately 3:17 p.m.

“While the male subject demanded money, he placed his right hand in his sweatshirt pocket, as to imply a weapon,” Lake Stevens Police said. “The male fled on foot. It is believed that he parked a vehicle at a nearby fast food restaurant.”
