Lake Stevens Fire and Lake Stevens Police are excited to bring the Annual Health & Safety Fair to the Lake Stevens community on Saturday, June 8 from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. at the Albertson’s Parking Lot in Lake Stevens. Thanks to the partnership between these two safety agencies this event continues to grow each year and offer additional information to our community.
The goal of this event is to educate the community on various health and safety tips for everyday life. At this time there are 40 booths planning to participate and admission is FREE.
Start your Saturday at the Health & Safety Fair Raffle Booth. Once you get a majority of booths to initial your FREE raffle card you are then eligible to participate in the raffle drawing.
The FREE raffle drawing will include the following prizes: Four Tickets for Everett Silvertips Hockey Game from the Everett Silvertips, Adult & Child Sonicare Toothbrushes from Smiles by Steedman, Massage Appointment Package from Marketplace Wellness Center, Low-fat Dessert Cookbook from American Heart Association, one free First Aid/CPR Class registration from LifeSigns Plus, Healing Your Life with Water & Seminar by Diana Ruiz, $50 Certificate for Private In Home Training Session from LS K9 Academy, Classroom Lunch Party with LSF & LSPD, Sun & Bug Protection Gift Basket from Avon, and two Bike Helmets with fittings from SafeKids.

There will be FREE health screenings provided in the areas of hearing, vision, glaucoma, blood pressure and diabetes. Many thanks to the Lions Club for bringing in their Mobile Health Screening Unit this year.
Lake Stevens Fire will have their Fire Safety House open and have the engine and aid car available for tours, emergency calls permitting. Lake Stevens Police will bring child ID cards and they will also have their boat available for tours.
