Learn from top designers how to transform your landscape into your dream garden

Come and learn from top designers how to transform your landscape into your dream garden, with less maintenance, cost, and impact on the environment.

You will have a chance to win native plants, garden gifts, and more. The series includes a Natural Yard Care class on September 17, 6:30-8 p.m ., where you will learn how to beautify your yard naturally, and put the rain to work. On October 1, 6:30-8 p.m ., we will present on Compost & Soils – how to build a healthy soil and create a vibrant landscape from the ground up. On October 7, 6:30-8 p.m. the City of Lake Stevens and habitat specialists will talk about the new Shoreline Master Plan and Shoreline Living.

If you are on a septic system, come on October 17, 6-9pm to learn how to keep your septic system in tip-top shape, and prevent problems and repair costs.

All workshops are held at the L.S. Community Center at City Hall, 1812 Main Street.
