Possession of Heroin, 09/09/2013
8700 Block. of 14th St. NE
A 26-year-old female was arrested for possession of heroin. Officers contacted the female and her husband in a vehicle, while investigating a court order violation. The female confessed to using the illegal drugs. Charges have been forwarded to the Snohomish County Prosecutor’s office.
Court Order Violation, 09/09/2013
8700 Block of 14th St. NE
A 29-year-old male was arrested for violating a no-contact order after being released from jail the previous night. Officers responded to a 911 call reporting that the male was violating a no-contact order at the residence. The male stated his reason for violating the order was to retrieve his personal belongings. The male was booked into the Marysville jail.
Disturbance / Warrant Arrest, 09/10/2013
9000 Block of 13th St. NE
A 32-year-old male was contacted for a disturbance call. The male attempted to flee the scene when officers arrived. Officers located the male a few blocks away and discovered he had a warrant for his arrest. He was transported to the Snohomish County Jail.
10000 Block of 5th Pl. SE
A 37-year-old female reported a theft. She stated several items were missing from her home and she had given no one permission to be there. Officers discovered the female left her home unsecure. An investigation will be conducted, pending further information.
8900 Block of Market Place
A 19-year-old female was contacted after it was believed that she had stolen items from the store. A witness believed the female put alcohol in her purse. The female suspect claimed she put the item back and left the store. The case is under investigation.
Assault 4 Domestic Violence (DV), 09/13/2013
8400 Block of 6th Pl. SE
A 35-year-old female was arrested for Assault 4 DV. Officers were dispatched when the male and female had a verbal argument that turned physical. It was determined that the female was the primary aggressor. The female was booked into Marysville Jail.
