BECU celebrates grand opening of Neighborhood Financial Center
BECU celebrated the grand opening of a new Neighborhood Financial Center in the Lake Stevens Market Place shopping center.
Representatives from the Greater Lake Stevens Chamber of Commerce and Mayor Vern Little attended the ribbon cutting ceremony.
The new location has five consultant desks, three ATM’s with 24 hour access, and two Online Banking Kiosks to better serve members. Members can use the location to establish accounts, apply for loans and perform financial transactions
The center is staffed from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturdays.
Members can also make an appointment with experts who can help with everything from retirement and estate planning, buying or refinancing a home, or growing their business with BECU Business Services.
“Our move to the new location was in response to the growing needs of our members in the area. With over 12,500 members in the area, our previous location inside of the nearby Safeway grocery store and did not afford us the room to meet the needs of our membership.” said Shelly Jones, BECU’s Manager of the Lake Stevens location. “As anyone in the state is eligible to join BECU, this new location will allow us to continue to grow within the Lake Stevens community while ensuring that we are able to meet the needs of our current members.”
