Assault 4 Domestic Violence, (DV)/Malicious Mischief, 09/29/13,
700 Block of 87th Ave. NE
A 23-year-old male was arrested for Assault 4 DV and Malicious Mischief. The male had a verbal disagreement with his 23-year-old roommate that turned physical. During the investigation, property damage was discovered. The male was booked into Marysville Jail.
Collision/Driving Under the Influence (DUI), 09/30/13,
2900 Block of 113th Ave. NE
A 42-year-old male was arrested for DUI. A witness reported the male was involved in a collision and then left the scene. The male was located and processed by Washington State Patrol for DUI. Charges were referred to the District Court.
Malicious Mischief, 09/30/13,
2700-3300 Block of Lake Dr.
Several victims reported their vehicle windows appeared to be damaged by a BB gun. The cases are currently under investigation. If you have any information regarding suspects in this case please contact the Lake Stevens Police Department.
Robbery Weapon, 10/01/13,
8900 Block of Market Pl.
A 77-year-old male reported an attempted robbery when a male threatened him with a gun and demanded money. The suspect fled the scene prior to police arrival. K9 was called to assist and containment was set-up. The K9 search was unsuccessful. The case is currently under investigation.
Assault 2 Domestic Violence (DV)Unlawful Imprisonment, 10/01/13,
2700 Block of 105th Ave. SE
A 32-year-old male was arrested for Assault 2 DV and Unlawful Imprisonment. Officers were dispatched for a verbal disagreement which turned physical. During an argument, the male assaulted his 38-year-old fiancée. He fled the scene in his vehicle, but was located by a responding officer. He was placed under arrest and booked into Snohomish County Jail.
12400 Block of 10th St. NE
A 52-year-old male reported a burglary. Several items of value were reported stolen. Officers determined the entry point and suspects were provided. The case is currently under investigation pending further information.
