Warrant Arrest, 02/01/14
11th St. S.E. and 73rd Dr. S.E.
Based on a tip to law enforcement, an officer responded to this location and found a male with a warrant for his arrest. The officer located the 23-year-old male. The male was arrested and booked into Snohomish County Jail.
Assault 4 Domestic Violence (DV), 02/02/14, 11000 Blk. of 20th St. N.E.
A 52-year-old female was arrested for Assault 4 DV. Officers were dispatched when the female and her 74-year-old male roommate got into a physical altercation. It was determined the female was the primary aggressor. The female was booked into Marysville Jail.
Driving While License Suspended 2°/Collision, 02/02/14, SR 204 & 10th Pl. S.E.
Officers responded to a two vehicle non-injury collision. The 23-year-old male driver caused the collision by making an illegal U-turn. A computer check revealed the male was driving while license suspended. It was also discovered that the male did not have vehicle insurance. He was cited and the scene was cleared without further incident.
300 Blk. of N. Davies Road
A 63-year-old male reported a burglary/theft. The male found his detached garage had been entered and his drawers gone through. The male found several items missing. The victim was unable to provide any suspect information. The case is currently under investigation.
Assault 2 Domestic Violence (DV)/Harassment, 2/5/14, 800 Blk. of 77th Dr. S.E.
A 25-year-old male was arrested for Assault 2 DV and Harassment. Officers were dispatched when the male reported being assaulted by his 22-year-old girlfriend. During the investigation, officers determined that the male was the primary aggressor. The male threatened to further physically harm the female. The male was booked into Snohomish County Jail.
Driving Under the Influence (DUI) /Assist Law, 2/8/14, SR 9 and Market Pl.
A 31-year-old male was arrested for DUI. An officer observed a vehicle driving erratically. Upon stopping the vehicle, the officer observed signs of the male being intoxicated. Washington State Patrol arrived and processed the male for DUI. The scene was cleared without further incident.
