Court Order Violation, 03/10/14, 1400 blk of E Lakeshore
Charges for a 57 year-old female were referred prosecutor for a court order violation. It was reported to the police that the female violated the order after she was seen by the victim outside the residence. The victim is a 27 year-old male who is listed in the order as a vulnerable adult. The case was referred to the prosecutor for review.
Burglary, 03/10/14, 1200 blk of 79 AVE SE
A 21 year-old female stated her ex-boyfriend broke into the house and assaulted her. Upon investigating the officers discovered the male had just moved out that day. The victim was unable to provide the suspect’s legal name or date of birth to the officer. The case is currently under investigation.
Disturbance, 03/11/14, 100 blk of S Davies
Two 31 year-old males were involved in a disturbance after the male came home to find the other male inside his residence. The resident chased the male out of his home with a hammer because he thought he was an intruder. Officers were able to confirm that the male was invited over by the suspects 28 year-old girlfriend. A case was taken and cleared without further incident.
Vehicle Theft, 03/14/14, 1300 blk of 120th Dr. NE
A 33 year-old male reported that his work vehicle had been stolen. The male stated that he had leased the Taxi cab and that it was stolen sometime during the night. The vehicle was entered into national and statewide database as stolen. The vehicle was later recovered by Snohomish County Deputys.
Assault 4 Domestic Violence (DV), 03/14/14, 500 blk of 97 DR NE
A 29 year-old female was arrested for Assault 4° DV. It was reported that during an argument, the female had assaulted her 41 year-old boyfriend. The female was placed into custody and was booked into Marysville Jail.
Disorderly Conduct, 03/15/14, 4th ST SE/97th AVE SE
Charges were referred for a 64 year-old male for disorderly conduct. The suspect was repossessing the vehicle when he and the 17 and 18 year-old victims were involved in a verbal altercation. The 17 year-old female claimed that the suspect ran over her barefoot with his vehicle. The victim declined aid. Charges for disorderly conduct were forwarded to the prosecutor’s office for review.
